Leticia Dominguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has over 25 years of experience working in social services in various capacities such as domestic violence, chemical dependency, juvenile justice, jail intervention assessments, jail diversion, medical social work, and in Medicaid Managed Care. Ms. Dominquez has extensive experience in program development, management, and behavioral health compliance and quality control measures.
Ms. Dominguez started her professional career with the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) as a caseworker working with victims of domestic violence and other victims of crime. During her time with SAPD, she was paired with a police officer providing on site resources to domestic violence victims and offenders in their home setting. Additional roles included those of chemical dependency counselor, juvenile probation officer, and assessor for the Bexar County Children First Jail Intervention Program providing alternatives to incarceration by providing assessment, intensive monitoring, and case management services.
Ms. Dominguez is a native San Antonian earning her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southwest Texas State University in 1996 and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008. She is clinically licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners with a specialty designation as a Supervisor.
