The purpose of this RFQP is to advance an idea proposed through the RFI process to identify qualified firms or consortia capable of designing, constructing, and possibly financing (in whole or in part) a transportation project (as defined in Sec. 370.003(14) of the RMA Act) that can efficiently and economically transport people between the general vicinity of San Antonio International Airport and the downtown area of San Antonio. Note that the project does not necessarily need to originate or terminate on or at the airport grounds, but should be near enough to the airport to be easily accessible to airport passengers and employees. Scope of Project: The Galm Road Phase III Project begins at FM 471 (Culebra Road and extends north approximately 1.62 miles north to Government Canyon State Natural Area. The Project will expand Galm Road from an existing two-lane roadway to a five-lane roadway consisting of four 11-foot travel lanes, one 12-foot center turn lane/concrete median, and a five-foot bike lane in each direction with curb/sidewalk on both sides. Additional improvements include drainage improvements, and other operational improvements. Bexar County is requesting bid submittals from licensed auto damage appraisers for appraisals of collision damage to determine repair costs to include but not limited to automobiles, pickup trucks, motorcycles, vans, or sport utility vehicles (SUVs).

Bexar County is requesting bids on the Bexar County JP3 Community Room. Project scope of work includes but not limited to, partial wall demolition, demo of existing carpet in areas, existing lighting to be relocated, air supply and return grills to be relocated. Construction includes a new office space with electrical and IT drops, wet bar area, with open shelving and mill-work counters, including SVT in the wet bar area. Bexar County is seeking to providers of outpatient evidence based substance abuse treatment, trauma informed care, domestic violence, mental health treatment, and drug testing for adults participating in the Bexar County Specialty Court Programs. Bexar County Specialty Court anticipates the continuation of the substance abuse outpatient treatment services as a supervision tool for offenders/defendants and as an alternative measure for sentencing, confinement, and possible revocation.
