The Small, Minority, or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) Program is a data-driven program focused on helping small, minority-owned, woman-owned, or veteran-owned businesses get started, grow, and succeed. Our staff is happy to meet with entrepreneurs, small business owners, contractors, partner agencies, and other organizations looking for information, advice, resources, mentorships, and more. Let us know how we can help you succeed today. The Small Business & Entrepreneurship Department is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. We will respond to all requests within 2 (two) business days. You should receive a call or email response confirming or declining your request for an appointment or training.

Nueva St. The department does not validate parking, so please be aware of this for in-person meetings.
