  • Insufficient Funds in the Payment Account
  • Document is Addressed to Wrong Clerk
  • Incorrect/Incomplete Information Submitted
  • Incorrect Formatting
  • PDF Documents Combined
  • Document is Illegible/Unreadable
  • Document Contains Sensitive Data
