For those who attended the Nuts & Bolts training and completed the course evaluation, several of you did not include your name on the evaluation form. As this is required for CLE record-keeping and credit, if you completed a course evaluation, please fill out your name, bar #, and email on the list below by Tuesday, May 25th. Once received, we will send out the signed CLE certificate.
