All classes require a minimum of three (3) registrants at least three (3) days prior to the commencement date. If the minimum of registrants is not met, you will be notified through email.
Please make sure to bring a notepad and/or electronic device to take notes during class.
The following prerequisites will be required to attend this class:
- Must have 2 years experience as a peace officer.
- Must have completed TCOLE Course #1850 – Crisis Intervention Training CIT (40hrs)
- Must have completed TCOLE Course #1849 - De-Escalation Techniques
Attendees must bring a laptop and a USB drive. Attendees will be given assignments to complete and research will be done with the laptop.
