Description: Bexar County Facilities Management (BCFM) is seeking competitive bids from contractors to remove and replace the Adult Detention Center (ADC) South Annex Roof. The scope consist of selective demolition and involves the following trades, but not limited to: roofing, thermal moisture protection (sealants, weather protection, etc.), sheet metal (gutters and downspouts), rough carpentry (wood blocking), etc.
