The scope of the Spurs Ranch Phase 1 project is to rehabilitate the existing configuration by incorporating a new pavement section, operational improvements in the form of turn lanes where merited, bicycle/pedestrian amenities and necessary drainage improvements for approximately 1.07 miles from US 90 to N. Cagnon Rd.

Note: San Antonio Water System (SAWS) will be joint bidding with Bexar County to adjust and/or replace existing services within the project limits.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bexar County Public Works Building, Board Room, 1948 Probandt Street, San Antonio, Texas, 78214.

Deadline for Questions are due by Friday, December 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (CTS) through Q&A portal or to the Buyer/Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org (CC: dwegmann@bexar.org). After all questions have been answered, an addemdum will be issued on Civcast.

Sealed bids are due by Friday, December 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (CST), at which time all bids recieved will be opened and read aloud.  Time is the essence.  Online bidding is also available through www.civcastusa.com.
