Bexar County Public Works Department invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for professional engineering services for the completion of various Professional Traffic Engineering Services for projects located in Bexar County on an as-needed basis. Professional Traffic Engineering Services include, but are not limited to:

• Traffic Engineering Studies
• Traffic Signal Design, Timing, and Coordination
• Signing, Pavement Markings, and Channelization
• Bicycle and Pedestrian Facility Development
• Roadway Operational Improvements
• ADA Related Improvements
• Traffic Data Collection

Five (5) originals and one (1) PDF version on data storage device (e.g., USB flash drive) of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, November 4, 2022. SOQs must be addressed as follows:
