Bexar County Public Works Department invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for traffic data collection at various locations throughout Bexar County on an as-needed basis. The ideal firm will have experience and will have prepared similar traffic data for other institutional or local government agencies.

The selected firm will work with the County to develop the final scope of work. Traffic data services may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

• General Traffic Counts – (Including capability of tube counts, video recording and video

  counts)

• 24-Hour Machine Speed and Volume Counts – (Including vehicle classification)

• Intersection Turning Movement Counts

• Pedestrian & Bicycle Volume Counts

• Origin-Destination Studies

Five (5) originals and one (1) PDF version on data storage device (e.g., USB flash drive) of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, November 4, 2022. SOQs must be addressed as follows:
