Project Description: The River Authority is seeking bids for Foster Road Lift Station Rehabilitation. This project includes updating lift station motors, pumps, wet well, piping, electrical and SCADA. The construction shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents. 

A Pre-Submittal conference will be held at the San Antonio River Authority Martinez II at 1235 FM 1516, Converse TX 78109 at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time, on July 1, 2022. A walkthrough at 6550 FM 78 #1 San Antonio, Texas 78244 will be held immediately after the pre-submittal conference is over. Respondents are encouraged to prepare and submit their questions in writing in advance, in order to expedite the proceedings. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional, but highly recommended. 

Deadline for Questions: Questions are due by July 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Questions can be submitted through Bonfire or to ehanson@sariverauthority.org. The River Authority’s responses to questions received in advance, may be distributed at the Pre-Submittal Conference and posted with this solicitation.
