Bexar County is seeking competitive bids for the Adult Detention Center Crawl Space Project.  Scope of work incudes preparing and renovating the crawl space below Towers B and C.  Field verify the existing plumbing pipe and report for any damage to the County and add a new exhaust system and include new lighting for the space, in accordance with the plans, specs, and drawings.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 10:00 AM at the Adult Detention Center (200 N. Comal, San Antonio, TX 78207). Please note, Any potential bidders who want to walk the site will need to complete Security Clearance Form and provide their own Personal Protective Equipment which is required.
