Laughter Yoga is a combination of yoga breathing techniques with laughter exercises that bring in more oxygen to the body and brain making you feel energetic. Attendees will learn about the origin, history, and benefits of Laughter Yoga, learn about how to incorporate Laughter Yoga into your own self-care, and will participate in some Laughter Yoga.
