The project will include the construction of an Approximately 30,000 sq. ft. brand new single story workforce training center. The main aspects of the building will be large flexible electronics teaching labs, a large machine shop, welding shop, several classrooms, associated parking lots, plazas, and landscaping. The County is currently at Concept Design Phase, and seeks a CMAR to add value to the pre-construction and design processes. See the attached documents for further details.
