Bexar County is requesting bids on the Bexar County JP3 Community Room. Project scope of work includes but not limited to, partial wall demolition, demo of existing carpet in areas, existing lighting to be relocated, air supply and return grills to be relocated. Construction includes a new office space with electrical and IT drops, wet bar area, with open shelving and mill-work counters, including SVT in the wet bar area. Please see attached construction documents for a complete scope of work. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the JP3 Community Room, 320 Interpark Blvd San Antonio, Texas 78152.
