Scope of Project: The Galm Road Phase III Project begins at FM 471 (Culebra Road and extends north approximately 1.62 miles north to Government Canyon State Natural Area. The Project will expand Galm Road from an existing two-lane roadway to a five-lane roadway consisting of four 11-foot travel lanes, one 12-foot center turn lane/concrete median, and a five-foot bike lane in each direction with curb/sidewalk on both sides. Additional improvements include drainage improvements, and other operational improvements.
