The purpose of this RFQP is to advance an idea proposed through the RFI process to identify qualified firms or consortia capable of designing, constructing, and possibly financing (in whole or in part) a transportation project (as defined in Sec. 370.003(14) of the RMA Act) that can efficiently and economically transport people between the general vicinity of San Antonio International Airport and the downtown area of San Antonio. Note that the project does not necessarily need to originate or terminate on or at the airport grounds, but should be near enough to the airport to be easily accessible to airport passengers and employees.
