Bexar County is requesting bids to construct a BiblioTech branch to be located at the CAST Tech campus. The branch will serve as a campus hub for instruction, research, and learning enrichment programs for students and their families. The BiblioTech EDU location will also play a key role in bolstering workforce development in the County. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Fox Tech High School Library, 637 N Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78025.
