Please provide first and last name, PID number, Agency and contact number. Seats are limited for each course. A courtesy call will be given to each registered student prior to the class date to ensure attendance.

A confirmation email may be sent for scheduling purposes as needed. Students must arrive at the scheduled class start time. Attendees arriving after start time will not be permitted to continue course per TCOLE rules and regulations.
