Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division as they explain the FLSA which establishes minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and youth employment standards affecting employees in the private sector and in federal, state, and local governments. Business owners, human resources and/or payroll staff, and supervisors are welcome to attend. Attendance is free but reservations are required due to limited seating.
