Will I have my utility services disconnected?

No, at this time CPS Energy is not disconnecting service until further notice. For more information please view CPS Energy’s Customer Assistance Program page at

San Antonio Water System has also temporarily suspended service cut-offs. Disconnections for non-payment have been halted to ensure all residents have water service during this emergency for hand washing and household cleaning. For more information, please visit
