Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program
Certifying your minority or women-owned business in the Statewide HUB Program can give you opportunities to do business with more than 300 state entities. In accordance with 34 TAC §20.13, each state agency shall make a good faith effort to utilize HUBs in contracts for construction, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases.
