Lucy Hall

Recognizing Ms. Lucy Hall for 27 years on the Child Welfare Board

Lucy Hall started her notable career at Edgewood Independent School District where she was a teacher and then later served as the Executive Director of all the district’s elementary schools. From displaying her exemplary work ethic in creating the Friends of the Child Welfare Board to the creation of the Children’s Hair-A-Thon all whilst dutifully serving 27 years since 1992 on the Bexar County Child Welfare Board the formidable force that is Lucy Hall was presented the Hidalgo award.
