Fee Schedule
The District Clerk’s Office does not accept personal checks. Business checks are only accepted from attorneys, process servers, title companies, and companies that have copy accounts with our office. Accepted methods of payments are cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

*Constable's commission on an Execution or an Order of Sale: First $10,000 a fee of 10%, an additional 5% of next $15,000, and an additional 2.5% of amounts more than $25,000. When money is collected by the constable without a sale, 1/2 of the above commission shall be allowed.
**Mental Health transports outside of the County which requires overnight stays are $568. Same-day transports are $251.
***Plus mileage at the business standard mileage rate set by the IRS for mileage required for an officer to perform service and to return from performing that service.
Writs of Possession, Writs of Execution, Writs of Sequestration, Writs of Attachment, Order of Sale, and Other Writs for enforcement of a judgment or to seize property will incur an additional $50.00 per hour per deputy after 2 hours.
