The Records section answers public inquiries as to the status and disposition of civil cases filed in this office.
Civil case searches may be conducted for a $5.00 fee or public kiosks are available for on-site self-service record searches at no charge. A request for a record search can be made in person or by mail only if payment is sent with the mailed request.
Plain and certified copies may be purchased for $1.00 per page. Certified copies require an additional page to authenticate the certification. Copies can be requested in person or by mail. Copies will only be made after payment has been received.
Acceptable forms of payment through the mail are cashier’s checks and money orders.
