Bexar County Fire Arms Training Center

The Bexar County Fire Arms Training Center is available for reservations to any local Law Enforcement agencies. Starting October 1, 2016, there will be a fee to reserve the firing range for use.

Terms of Use

  • $10 per day, per shooter for non-County Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) or outside agencies.
  • Bexar County Law Enforcement Personnel (such as the Bexar County Sheriff's Department, Adult Probation, Constables, Fire Marshal and Investigators) will not be charged.
  • Firing Range hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Night firing required for night practice and night qualifications will take place from 4:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m. during the winter time months. An Additional $2 fee will be charged for night firing.
  • Shooters will have to supply their own firearm and ammunition. Firearms and ammunition will be inspected and approved by Range Master.
  • Agencies will be required to provide their own targets and backers.
  • Agencies will be required to police the ranges and get approval from Range Master prior to dismissal.
