Right-of-Way Permits
As part of its maintenance responsibility, Bexar County Public Works is charged with controlling all construction activities in County-maintained rights of way, including driveways that access County roads. This page is dedicated to learning how to obtain a right of way permit. See ROW Sample
- Print and complete any of the following forms:
- Driveway/Flatwork (PDF) (e.g., sidewalks) ($35 per driveway)
- Driveway only (PDF) ($35 per driveway)
- Flatwork only (PDF) ($35 per lot)
- Median Openings (PDF) ($75 per median opening)
- Auxiliary Lanes (PDF) ($75 per auxiliary lane)
- Utilities Permit Application Form (PDF) ($35 per service line connection or activity)
- Submit application and associated fees to the Development Services Section of Public Works located at:
