On September 15th, 2009, Commissioners Court approved the issuance of an RFP to obtain consulting services to conduct a Disparity & Availability Study to ensure that small, disadvantaged, minority, women and veteran owned businesses are afforded equal opportunities to participate in the Bexar County contracting processes.

It is anticipated that a recommendation will be presented to Commissioners Court within the next 45 days. More information will be posted at a later date.
