Welcome to the Bexar County Small, Minority, and Women-owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) Program Web Site!  This site lists upcoming events of interest to SMWBEs.  It also offers forums for the community to express its concerns and needs related to the Bexar County procurement process and to share ideas about how SMWBEs may better participate in that process.

SMWBEs are encouraged to complete and return the SMWBE Program Annual Stakeholder Survey to Ms. Watson at rwatson@bexar.org or at 100 Dolorosa, Courthouse Ste. B23, San Antonio, Texas 78205. 

Also provided is the policy for the Small, Minority, and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) Program for the Procurement of all County Offices, Department, Funded Entities and Facilities in the areas of Commodities, Equipment, Professional and Personnel Services, Maintenance and Construction.
