Functional Exercise
March 1-3, 2005
The
Bexar & Comal County Offices of Emergency Management, and the City of
San Antonio conducted a joint Functional Exercise. The Exercise took
place over a two day period incorporating a Unified Command structure to
handle the incidents.

holiday
