The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office serves several surrounding Counties that currently do not have a Medical Examiner's Office.  If a County wishes a forensic autopsy, and we do not presently perform forensic autopsies for that County, it is recommended that the County contact the nearest Medical Examiner's Office.  We only serve the Counties marked in green on the attached map.
