IMPORTANT ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION

All credit card and e-Check payments will take 3 to 5 business days to process and post to your account. However, your payment will be posted as of the date of the online transaction.

Before you begin the credit card or e-Check payment process, it is important to make the necessary modifications to your spam blocker to allow the confirmation e-mail to be sent to you. You may temporarily disable your spam blocker to allow the confirmation e-mail to be sent. Once you receive the e-mail confirmation, you can go back and enable your spam blocker. You may also include one of the following e-mail addresses to your authorized list of senders. For credit card payments, this confirmation e-mail will be sent from customerservice@officialpayments.com and e-Check payments from customerservice@collectorsolutions.com .

CREDIT CARD---

To pay by credit card, click on the link below to access officialpayment.com, the authorized agent of the Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector. There is a convenience charge of 2.5% added by Offical Payment Corporation to cover the processing cost. You must have your tax account number, your credit card number and our Jurisdiction Code of 5305 to pay with a major credit card. Payments can be made by calling 1-800-272-9829 or via the internet.

E-CHECK---

To pay by E-check (ACH), click on the link below to access collectorsolutions.com, the authorized agent of the Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector. You will need your 12 digit tax account number, checking account and bank routing number as listed on your check (not the deposit slip), and your check number to complete the transaction. This option carries a flat fee of $2.00 per transaction.

Please confirm with your financial institution that your checking account is authorized to participate in an Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment transmission prior to your transaction.

Please Note: e-Check payments can be made from any regular U.S. checking account in U.S. dollars. Checks issued from savings accounts, money market accounts, credit card companies, mutual funds, brokerage accounts, home equity or other lines of credit cannot be processed as an e-Check payment.
