Apointed by Honorable William Clements, Governor State of Texas, August, 1988 and was Elected November, 1988. Judge Harle attended the St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio Texas and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in December 1980. Before he took the bench he was Chief Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Hill Country Village, practiced law as a private attorney and was a prosecutor for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office.
