Q: When can I appear before the Judge?
A: Precinct Four holds Court for TRUANCY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. TRAFFIC TICKET, NON- TRAFFIC (i.e. disorderly conducts) are heard on WEDNESDAY at 1:00 p.m.
Q: Do you accept personal checks?
A: Yes, We accept checks, money orders, cash and cashiers checks. If paying a fine with a check, you must have a valid Driver's License or I.D and provide a current address.
Q: If I want to plea NOT GUILTY, what should I do?
A: You would need to appear on a Wednesday at 1:00 PM to confer with an Assistant District Attorney.
Q: Who do I contact to make a complaint against the officer?
A: In order to make a complaint against an officer, please notify the agency that issued the ticket (i.e. DPS, Bexar County Sheriffs Office, Constables and so on).

Q: What can I do if I have an ACTIVE WARRANT ?
A: You may contact the Constable's office at 210-335-4963, If you qualify, you may be offered a PR Bond and given a new court date. If you wish to pay the outstanding warrant, payment must be in CASH; MONEY ORDER; or CASHIERS CHECK. "PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT ON AN ACTIVE WARRANT."

Q: Can I reset my court date?
A: A reset cannot be done over the phone. The defendant (child) must appear in person. Please note: The request MUST be made in writing and MUST be signed by the defendant (child) and the parent.
Q: I still do not have my court cost, can I get an extension?
A: You will need to appear in person before the Court on your scheduled date and time.
Q: What if I have not finished all my hours for Community Service?
A: On your reset date bring proof/documentation of everything you have completed. Your request for an extension will be decided on a case by case basis.
