Filing Days & Times:

Monday Thru Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Filing Fees:  The fee for filing a Complaint for Forcible Detainer is dependent upon the number of defendants named in the Complaint.  A defendant is defined as anyone who has signed the lease, contract, or agreement as an occupant.  At the time of filing, one original per case and two (2) copies per defendant of the complaint must be provided for use by the court.  The plaintiff/landlord should also prepare a copy of the complaint for their own records and/or reference.  There is a fee for any copies made by court personnel.

Methods of Payment:  Cash, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.  No Personal Checks!  Make money orders/cashiers checks payable to:  J.P. COURT #4.  All fees are nonrefundable.

ATTORNEY CHECKS: ALL ATTORNEY CHECKS MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ON THE CHECK HEADING:

ATTORNEY AT LAW, PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, LLP, etc.
