Subpoenas

A witness, along with any documents in his/her possession, can be ordered to appear at the trial of a case by the issuance of a subpoena.  A fee per witness is required which is served on the witness as a witness fee.  You must provide in writing the full name and address of the witness and, where applicable, a detailed description of the documents desired.
