Q: Can I reset?
A: A reset cannot be done over the phone. The defendant (child) must appear in person. Please note: The request MUST be made in writing and MUST be signed by the defendant (child) and the parent.
Q: I still do not have my court cost, can I get an extension?
A: You will need to see the Judge and request an extension, the Judge will decide these matters on a case by case basis. Remember, in order for the Judge to grant deferred your court cost must be paid within 30 days. If you are not able to pay the court cost, deferred may be revoked.
Q: What if I have not finished all my hours for Community Service?
A: On your reset date bring proof/documentation of everything you have completed. Your request for an extension will be decided on a case by case basis.
