  • The Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 3 conducted public hearings on August 22, 2012 and August 29, 2012 on a proposal to increase the total tax revenues of the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 3 from properties on the tax roll in the preceding year by 11.74 percent.   • The ESD No. 3 Board of Directors will VOTE on the proposed increase of total tax revenues on September 16, 2008 at 7:00PM at the Bexar-Bulverde Volunteer Fire Dept. Station No. 1 located at 1126 East Borgfeld Drive San Antonio, Texas 78260.

The Bulverde United Methodist Church is on the east side of US-281 immediately south of the Cibolo Creek.

  • Current Status for outdoor burning, because of the widespread rain received in Bexar County over the last couple of days the Fire Marshal's Office is allowing controlled burning to take advantage of the wet conditions.  Burning will be on a day to day basis as long as conditions allow with Permit.  Permits can be obtained by calling 335-0300, and providing a Name, address, phone number and responding Fire Department.  The Moisture report from the Texas Forest Service has not yet been received, and will be forwarded once available.
  • The ESD No. 3 Board of Directors will conduct their next monthly meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at the Bulverde United Methodist Church, Room 201, 28300 US-281 North. The Bulverde United Methodist Church is on the east side of US-281 immediately south of the Cibolo Creek.
  • The new Bexar-Bulverde VFD Temporary Station # 2 will become operational at 0001 AM, Saturday, July 1, 2006. It will be staffed 24 X 7 and is located at the end of Waldon Walk in the Wortham Oaks sub-division.
