Welcome to Bexar County Emergency Services District No.3 (ESD #3) web page. The Bexar County ESD #3 was created through the hard work of many people. This area covered by the ESD #3 is made up of three areas. Area 1 - is generally described as bounded on the South by Camp Bullis
Military Reservation on the North, East and West by the Area 2 - is described as bounded on the West by Camp Bullis Military
Reservation and on the East and North by the Our MissionTo contract for and supervise the delivery of premium emergency services to the residents and businesses with the geographic boundaries of Bexar County Emergency Services District #3.
