In consideration of the Texas Supreme Courtīs Approval of Amendments to Rules 103 and 536() of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure regarding process servers ( Misc. Docket Nos. 05-9121 and 05-9122) this court hereby SETS ASIDE its ruling of February 28, 1991 concerning service of process by certain private process servers.
It is THEREFORE ORDERED that the Order concerning service of process by certain private process servers be, and it is hereby, SET ASIDE, effective September 1, 2005
IT IS SO ORDERED.
