Attorney's Office does not accept criminal complaints via Email.
We cannot identify or confirm the validity of the author or sender of the email.
The District Attorney’s Office only accepts cases from law enforcement agencies. This is necessary because we do not have the personnel to conduct the comprehensive investigation required to prepare cases for review and prosecution. Local law enforcement agencies have the staff to collect whatever documents are necessary, take statements from witnesses, and conduct any other investigation necessary for a complete review of the case by our office. Therefore you need to file your complaint with the law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction over where any offense was committed.
