D.A. PLANS WARRANT ROUND-UP FOR BAD CHECK WRITERS

San Antonio, Texas: December 7, 2009:

District Attorney Susan D. Reed announced today that a Warrant Round Up of Hot Check Writers is in the planning stages.

The roundup is targeting individuals who have outstanding warrants for writing hot checks. This raid will include several teams of D.A. Investigators along with Bexar County Sheriff's Office Criminal Warrant Deputies and will be on the look out for approximately 60+ fugitives at their homes and places of business.
