DISTRICT ATTORNEY SIEZES CARS RELATED TO SAPOA TREASURER

San Antonio, Texas; May 18, 2006: District Attorney Susan D. Reed today announced the filing of a notice of seizure of two vehicles owned by Clifford Morgan, SAPOA Treasurer, alleging that they are the proceeds of criminal activity. The Bexar County District Attorney's Office and San Antonio Police Department are conducting an investigation of allegations of misapplication of funds from the association by Clifford Morgan. The investigation continues.
