A Bexar County Grand Jury returned Capital Murder Indictments today against Dolores Rodriguez and Maria Hernandez in the death of Robert Fernandez. Co-defendant         Cassandra Lefew was charged by indictment with Aggravated Kidnapping of Robert Fernandez.  It is alleged all three defendants drugged and kidnapped Fernandez and placed him in the trunk of a car.  Later, Rodriguez and Hernandez strangled him to death and dumped his body in a culvert in the 19400 block of McConnell Rd.  His body was discovered on July 26, 2004.
