The Community Partnerships Initiative targets the Edgewood Independent School District and is designed to improve access by families and children to various child-serving agencies. "Protecting Children" is the motto of Community Partnerships.
The group recently completed a Quality Service Review (QSR) of five families receiving services from multiple agencies. The purpose of the QSR was to determine how the various agencies can work together to form a seamless system of care as well as identify gaps in resources and services and duplication of efforts.
