Internships

The Bexar County Crime Laboratory accepts request for unpaid internships only from candidates as part of "for credit" university internship programs.  Inquiries should be made in writing to the Bexar County Crime Laboratory Director.  The request should include a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae and a transcript of college or university accomplishment.

Acceptance is based on the needs of the Crime Laboratory and the ability of the Crime Laboratory Director to match a candidate to a particular forensic discipline.  The internship program is designed to utilize students seeking a career in forensic science.  The selection criteria is heavily weighted to students who have successfully completed some college or university coursework in Chemistry, Biology, Forensic Science, Natural Science or a closely related field.

There are no Internships available at this time.
