Captain Swonke oversee's all of the Civil Enforcement Operations for Precinct 2. This includes both the Civil Process Section and the Writs Enforcement Section

Civil Process Section

 Sergeant Gabriel Escobedo

Sergeant Escobedo heads up the the Civil Process Section.  His team is responsible for the "Backbone" of Precinct 2's operation.  He and his team are responsible for the service of all Civil Citations, Summons, Subpoeneas, TRO's, and all other civil process.
