Bexar County Precinct 4

presents

Your County Government       Working for You

Welcome to the Online Office!

Many years ago I got really excited about changing the status quo of the community in which I was raised.  It seemed like all the good things left our community and all the bad things came our way!  Because of my involvement in Student Council at St. Gerard High School, I was a natural for some kind of leadership role in the community.

I soon learned that good government does not fall from the sky like manna from heaven.  It was ineffective and degrading to blame others for problems in my community.  If improvement was to come, it had to be from me and those souls who cared enough to make a difference.

Although people do not always get the kind of government they deserve, in the long run, they get the kind of government they earn.  Therefore, I am dedicated to both getting and giving the best possible government from Bexar County.  To do that, I have recruited a staff of not just motivated but inspired individuals to serve you.

Feel free to contact, Mario Llano, Chief of Staff, or Monica Martinez, Executive Assistant, or myself for direct assistance on any matter with which we may be of help.  We are reachable at 335-2614.  We are at your service.

I would be happy to speak to your organization, schedule permitting.
Please fill out the
speech request form and send to:
