  2. Alamo Colleges Career Skills Program Classes: Machinist

    The competency based 180 hours training includes a blend of lectures, online training, and hands-on skills labs for machinists. Upon successful completion, students will receive: National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certificates in Measurement & Safety Awareness, Job Planning, Benchwork and Layout, Drill Press and Milling.
