  1. Commercial Real Estate for the Small Business Owner

    September 21, 2017, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

For the 6th consecutive year Marcelino Garcia, Broker Associate, KW Commercial - Heritage will be conducting his quarterly workshop, “Commercial Real Estate For The Small Business Owner” in conjunction with the University of Texas at San Antonio, Small Business Development Center Network. In 2011, Marcelino recognized that small business owners were often lacking in a fundamental understanding of commercial real estate and its tools. For owners as they delved into the intricacies of commercial real estate, their decision-making process became daunting. As a result, Marcelino, and Leslie Y. Ayala, CRE Business Analyst, set out to simplifying the Commercial Real Estate process. By way of a two-hour workshop, they educate and prepare business owners with an understanding of the commercial real estate market in order that they may meet their acquisition goals. Instructions: This is a no-cost event! The workshop will be held at the UTSA Downtown Campus, Durango Building, Room 2.316.
